Following his vision, Mr. Golcha, an alum of the prestigious St. Xaviers College and IIM-A, presently heads three companies namely Quency Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., SLS Telecom and last but not the least B G Distributors Pvt. Ltd., Business Associate of Proctor & Gamble in West Bengal & Sikkim. Using his 2 years of FMCG Experience in Nestle India, Mr. Golcha has been leading the Sales, Distribution & Direct marketing set up for Proctor & Gamble in West Bengal & Sikkim through BGDPL for the last 12 years. Sales of P&G in Kolkata has grown from $ 7million in 2004 to $ 55 million in 2013 & after acquiring rest of Bengal & Sikkim in 2015, business has grown to $ 104 million currently. The net worth of BGDPL as a company has also increased 7 folds.

It was his leadership and the team that he built, which lead BGDPL to win the P&G Best Distributor of India in the year 2010.
